How do I return or exchange an item?
We’re happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Center at ouroddballs.com and follow the instructions.
What items are eligible for return or exchange?
Most unworn, unwashed items with original tags are eligible. For hygiene reasons, certain products (e.g., underwear, earrings) cannot be returned unless defective.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your return, processing may take up to 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Do you offer free returns?
We currently do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
